Kyrgyz Handmade personal data processing policy

1. General position

This Personal Data Processing Policy of Baibol Group of Companies LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Personal Information" dated April 14, 2008 No. 58 and other international requirements for the protection of personal data.
This Policy defines the rules, requirements, and principles for ensuring the security of personal data and is an internal document of the Company and must be posted on the official website.

2. What information do we collect?

In order to fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, billing information, and details of the product you ordered. You can also provide additional personal information (for example, to order a custom felt carpet) by contacting us directly.

3. Why do we need your information and how do we use it?

The Company relies on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including: 

* as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to resolve disputes, or to provide customer support;

 * when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you can revoke at any time, for example by subscribing to our mailing list; 

* when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with legal action, for example, to retain information about your purchases, if required by tax law; 

* as necessary for our legitimate interests, unless those legitimate interests limit your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services. We use your information to provide the services you have requested and in our legitimate interests to improve our services.

4. Exchange and disclosure of information

Information about our clients is very important for the whole business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and under limited circumstances, namely: 

* Service providers. We use certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our store, such as a shipping company. We share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to provide these services. 

* Business translations. If the company is for sale, we will only disclose your information as part of this transaction to the extent permitted by law. 

* Compliance with laws. The company may collect, use, store and transfer your information in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On personal information" dated April 14, 2008 No. 58 and other international requirements for the protection of personal data.

However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We usually keep your data for 3 years.

6. Your rights

* Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information provided below.
* Modify, limit, delete. You may also have the right to change, restrict our use, or delete your personal information. Unless there are exceptional circumstances (such as when we need to retain data for legal reasons), we usually delete your personal information upon request.
* An object. You may object to (i) our processing of some of your data based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing communications from us after your explicit consent to receive them. In such cases, we delete your personal information unless we have a compelling and legal reason to continue using that information or if it is necessary for legal reasons.
* To complain. If you live in the EU and would like to raise concerns about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
