Merino is unique species of sheep that has been bred by people for more than a dozen years solely for the sake of unique fine wool. Merino sheep gives a surprisingly soft, strong, durable, healing wool. In creating toys of merino, artisans draw a stencil and cut it, then sew it up by connecting two fabrics, filling it with a sintepon. The final part is small details (eyes, nose, patterns, rhinestones, etc.)
